Customer's drumming impatience

Sometimes, as a man of 52, I think I have absolute wisdom. After all, it comes with age. But then there are those moments when - by chance - I am given the opportunity to meet young people from the profession, which makes me think intensely. Read: a little bomb of inspiration is dropped on me.
