Pro Paneel has been in business for more than 45 years. The company from Weert specializes in panel gluing and supplying the interior construction industry. Pro Paneel can provide any sheet size with any decor and also has its own assembly department.

Since 2011, Marcel and Claire Veraa have been at the helm of Pro Panel Netherlands. "My wife and I run the company, which also consists of a team of ten people. After the retirement of the old owner, we took over the work. Plate material gluing, milling and machining. That is what we are best at. Together we make honest craftsmanship with an eye for quality." 

Veraa continues: "We are strong in bonding sheet materials, in any size, and of all known sheet brands. This is because we are not brand-bound. A bonding must be reliable, even under extreme conditions. It takes many years of intensive expertise to make good adhesive bonds. We have that experience and are able to bond virtually any sheet, even 2800mm x 2070mm sheets."

Pro Panel Netherlands has been working hard in recent years to build brand awareness for the company. "This has certainly been successful. Back then the company was 500m2 in size, while now we have a 1600m2 workshop. By now our name is very well known. Our customers know that we do good work and that we keep our agreements. An advantage here is our own transport. This makes it possible to deliver the products directly to the end customer, which improves throughput and reduces the chance of damage."

Since 2017, the company has been renewing its entire machinery. The latest acquisition is a second CNC nesting machine that has just been commissioned. "This is the CNC Morbidelli X200 nesting machine, from SCM Group Netherlands. From this company are all our machine tools. So we already have exactly such a machine. SCM is a reliable partner. They deliver good quality machines and do what they promise." 

The advantage of the new machine, according to Veraa, is that Pro Paneel Nederland can work even easier and faster. 

"Because of the machine, we don't have to saw everything first and then machine it further. With this, the sheet is pre-machined in one pass. It then comes off the machine completely. So it saves one operation." 

Pro Panel Netherlands wants to continue to grow in its own expertise. "We are good at supplying quality semi-finished products for interior construction. And, we will continue to do that."
