New developments and customer convenience

"We are looking forward to it, I am a trade show guy though," says Arnoud Renaud of Molendijk Woodworking Machinery. "We want to show ourselves, who we are and how we work." Molendijk Woodworking Machinery has never had such a large booth, covering almost 200m2. That's a nice milestone in the year we celebrate our 20th anniversary.

At HoutPro+, the company is showing a number of machines. Renaud: "This mainly involves new developments. Every time, clever things are added that simplify machine operation. Many interior construction companies automate because there are no personnel to be had. You can spend a lot of money on machines, but it is important to have the work preparation in order first. It's all about the software that suits the company and can be linked to the machines. If this is done properly, the margin for error becomes zero and one achieves a huge time savings."

In 's Hertogenbosch, Molendijk is showing various solutions. Such as a HolzHer Dynestic nesting installation with automatic output and labeling of all milled parts and a new type of HolzHer dividing saw for the smaller interior builder. 

"This Linea 6015 offers everything a modern panel saw needs. In addition, it takes up as much space as a format saw and provides substantial cost savings in sawing time!" 

Of course HolzHer edge glueing machines will be present, the Sprint 1329 and the Auriga 1308XL Power will be on display in operation. As standard, these machines are equipped with the well-known GluJet 301 gluing part. Renaud: "We like to show the differences between regular hot melt adhesive and PU adhesive."

Also in the spotlight is the vertical CNC Holzher Evolution 7405 PinJet. This involves complete machining of the panel, including automatic dowelling. Here one can use pre-glued dowels or traditional gluing."

The machinery specialist cordially invites visitors to the booth. "We always want to help customers, also in terms of service, as we ourselves would like to be helped. In fact, that is our right to exist. At the fair we show what we have to offer and then discuss this further with the customer.
