Polypropylene (PP) edgings are increasingly being used in kitchen, furniture and interior construction. Ostermann is expanding its services and now also cuts PP edgings in any width from 15 to 100 mm.

Kitchen, furniture and interior design is a creative industry. When designing creative furniture, one may choose to process sheet metal in a non-standard thickness. For cases where they need to be doubled up for custom, individual dimensions and then edged, Ostermann has for many years offered the services to cut ABS or thin-ABS edges, veneers and melamine edges in any desired width. From now on, polypropylene edges (PP edges) can also be cut in any width. Entirely according to their wishes, kitchen, furniture and interior builders can have the PP edges cut in small quantities starting at 10 m in any width from 15 to 100 mm. Fast delivery, even in small quantities

PP edges are available directly from stock in thicknesses of 1 and 2 mm and in standard widths of 23, 33, 43 and 100 mm. Stock items ordered before 4 p.m. are shipped the same day and already in small quantities starting from 1 meter. Due to the fast and reliable delivery and delivery in small quantities, the kitchen, furniture and interior builder saves warehouse costs and avoids unnecessary residual material.

Processing with different zero joint technologies

Fully customized PP edging is also available from Ostermann as pre-glued with hot-melt adhesive or as TPU zero joint edging prepared for processing with Laser, Airtec or Infratec edge-gluing machines.
