Lamello focuses on system solutions for wood joints

The Swiss family business Lamello AG, based in Bubendorf, is taking a new strategic direction. In future, the company will concentrate on system solutions for wood joints. As part of this, it is streamlining its product range.

The independent Swiss family business Lamello AG, based in Bubendorf, develops, produces and markets joining systems for wood processing companies. On the occasion of its 50th anniversary in 2019, the company has decided to adapt its business strategy to changing market needs and streamline its existing product range.

As of 31-12-2020, the production and sale of the products Minispot fillers, Astspots, Minispot milling machine G2A, Glueing devices LK3/ LK5/ LK10, Jointing cutter Variocut, Edge cutter Profila will be discontinued. Spare parts availability is guaranteed for at least 5 years. With this strategic realignment, Lamello AG is targeting joiners and woodworkers. An important pillar of the company remains the development of unique products that add value and increase productivity. Innovative developments of promising products for the future are underway.
