CLEAF acquires minority stake in DecoLegno 

CLEAF, an Italian manufacturer of innovative surface materials for custom furniture and interiors, and DecoLegno, a Dutch distributor of high-quality materials, are strengthening their partnership. With the signing of an agreement on 15.7.2024, CLEAF will acquire a 10% stake in DecoLegno.

CLEAF and DecoLegno partnered some fourteen years ago through a sales agreement for the exclusive distribution of CLEAF's innovative collection of decorative board material in the Benelux. Thanks to the strong brand and market focus, DecoLegno has achieved exponential growth of the CLEAF brand in the Benelux. The sales partnership is now followed by a new step: CLEAF acquires a minority stake of 10% in DecoLegno. The parties agreed not to disclose the value of the transaction.
