Carpet and soft flooring also welcome at Flanders Flooring Days 2025

Producers countdown to fourth edition

June 2025 is still far away, but producers of soft and hard floors are already eagerly looking forward to the fourth edition of Flanders Flooring Days. The four-day event will once again be held simultaneously in showrooms and at The Hub in Kortrijk Xpo. Visitors can marvel at the latest innovations and rich traditions. Carpet is sure to steal a piece of the show during this unique trade event.

"During Flanders Flooring Days, innovation and opportunity meet," explains Marc Dessein, CEO of founding partner Balta. "It is not just another trade show: it is our regional platform to present our cutting-edge designs, sustainable practices and commitment to quality craftsmanship and innovation worldwide. This event is an excellent platform for forging partnerships, fostering industry connections and staying ahead in an ever-changing market. For Balta, it is not just about being present, but about shaping the future of carpets and showing the world the potential of Flemish know-how."

And carpets, they welcome Flanders Flooring Days (FFD) in abundance during the upcoming edition. Producers and buyers will find the latest innovations and sustainable techniques in soft flooring in the exhibition hall and participating showrooms in Flanders from June 2 to 5, 2025. Associated Weavers is also proud to be part of the Flemish textile heritage. Managing Director Sebastiaan Deboodt: "We are excited to support our industry and be part of its leadership."

Flemish hospitality, international producers

The past editions Flanders Flooring Days built a strong synergy between the showrooms at different locations in Flanders and the Belgian and international participants at 'The Hub' in Kortrijk Xpo. By joining forces, visitors discover different manufacturers of soft and hard floors and derived products. With an intensive, international recruitment campaign, the event today reaches retail customers, wholesalers and specifiers worldwide. No less than 88 percent of visitors to the trade event are also decision-makers. This is also confirmed by Luc Claeys, CEO of Osta: "Our participation in FFD provided us with valuable new customers and the quality of the contacts was excellent."

"During our participation in the Flanders Flooring Days, we seized the opportunity to amaze and impress the decision makers. This resulted directly in winning new orders and shows our ability to delight and surprise our customers," agrees James Neuling, CEO of Belysse. To efficiently welcome those contacts, Flanders Flooring Days is also working with an appointment module for its fourth edition. This allows sales departments to book appointments even before the event takes place.

An event not to be missed

Frederic Steen, Business Unit Director Flooring at Decospan, is delighted to once again participate in the event. "Flanders Flooring Days is quickly becoming a cornerstone for building industry contacts and showcasing innovation. Our continued involvement underscores our commitment to engaging the industry community and advancing our shared goals."

You too can still be there as a participant at The Hub at Kortrijk Xpo. Contact Cindy Collez to discuss the possibilities at [email protected].
