VERZAGEN

We have 3 computer-controlled sawing machines that cut with great precision.

Max. size of sheets to be cut: 5600 x 2600 mm
Thickness: 2 mm to 80 mm

FRONT

At Beveka Productions there are 2 edge gluers that carefully and at a high rate glue ABS edges with waterproof PU glue.
There is also the machine tool that allows milling and edging all kinds of shapes with hot melt glue.

Plate thickness:

• max. 60 mm straight, round and other shapes
• min. 8 mm (ABS < 1 mm)
• min. 12 mm (ABS > 1 mm)

Thickness of the edge strip:

• max. 2 mm (thicker on request)
• min. 0.4 mm

Width of edge strip:

• max. 64 mm

CNC OPERATIONS

Besides sawing, gluing and chamfering, Beveka Productions can handle a complete range of machining operations. Milling, form milling, groove milling, surface milling, hole milling, drilling, milling, etc. In short, all the machining necessary to help you work out your professional custom projects.
