HECO-Schrauben GmbH & Co. KG

The German company HECO-Schrauben is one of the largest screw manufacturers in the world. More than one and a half billion screws are produced annually at the two European production sites in Schramberg (Germany) and Câmpia Turzii (Romania). The product range consists of 14 product groups including professional wood screws, concrete anchors, MDF screws, screws for mounting solar panels or deck boards and for wood-concrete and wood-metal connections. In addition, HECO offers practical tools for processing screws, product training and advice regarding the use of screws. The company has also developed its own calculation package under the name HCS, which can be used to calculate the load and application of screws in structures.

Thanks to its own R&D department with test laboratory in Schramberg, HECO repeatedly succeeds in improving the technical properties of its screws, enabling them to withstand even higher loads and to be processed even faster and more efficiently. The official, European approvals and type approvals are available for all screws. HECO's quality management system is DIN EN ISO 9001:2008 certified.

Sales of HECO screws in the Netherlands are handled by the company Jac. Lowie & Zoon B.V. in Eemnes.
