High quality tools

All our machines are developed from practice. To match the product features exactly to the concrete requirements, we keep in constant contact with the professional craftsmen. Furthermore, we have a trajectory of four to five years before a product is launched on the market, so that we can meet the high requirements. When producing new machines, a number of components always take center stage: innovation, safety, health and sustainability. For example, we have developed a Work app that can connect with many Festool machines and provide additional support for the craftsman when working. Another example is the intelligent Kickbackstop that some of our machines have, the KickbackStop is a sensor that recognizes in an instant if the machine is stalling and stops the motor in a split second.

Service without discussion

In addition to high-quality machines, we offer a comprehensive service called Warranty all-inclusive. After online registration of a new Festool machine (up to 30 days after purchase), it is fully insured for the first three years, we even replace wear parts, batteries and chargers. We also have a theft service, in case of a theft, we replace the stolen machine for a brand new one in the first three years (for a co-payment of €125).
