Innovative cleaning system for all paint systems

Modern paint systems ensure a high-quality and efficient coating process - but are also very maintenance and cleaning intensive. After all, paints adhere well not only to the desired surface, but also to paint lines, pumps and conveyor belts. The higher the surface quality requirements, the better the systems must be cleaned . And ... the more costs arise from the purchase of cleaning agents and machine downtimes. 

Especially the painting of small quantities often involves enormous extra effort. But that's reckoning without ADLER Clean-Smart from the Austrian paint and lacquer manufacturer ADLER: this innovative cleaning system for water-based lacquers guarantees reliable, efficient and environmentally friendly cleaning of all coating systems, from hand spray gun to spray dispenser.

"As a premium supplier, we not only offer our customers high-quality paints and lacquers for every application, but also see ourselves as a service partner for the complete coating process," says Leon Cremers, managing director of ADLER Benelux in Heeze. He emphasizes that the cleaning of painting equipment is often an underestimated part of the coating process: "Downtime due to clogged nozzles costs valuable production time, and contaminated pipes or conveyor belts affect the quality of the painted surface." 

The R&D department has therefore developed ADLER Clean-Smart. This unique cleaning system for water-based paints consists of ADLER Clean-Smart B&P for conveyor belts and paint lines or pumps, ADLER Clean-Smart Gel for paint lines and ADLER Clean-Smart 2K for 2K systems. All three cleaners are characterized by high efficiency and excellent cleaning power. This not only saves time and money, but also keeps VOC emissions low. In addition, each cleaning agent is perfectly optimized for its specific application, Cremers explains, "In the case of ADLER Clean-Smart B&P, we have minimized foaming so that the can does not overflow and create further contamination." 

ADLER Clean-Smart 2K is compatible with many different hardeners and has an extremely low acetone content. This prevents the hardener from crystallizing and reduces the need to replace lines. According to Cremers, ADLER Clean-Smart Gel is particularly popular with processors: "Due to its gel-like structure, the cleaning fluid adheres very well to the paint line and has a powerful effect here. This also removes old paint residue, which could otherwise clog the nozzles or contaminate the paint surface."

From hand spray guns to spray dispensers or robots, from cabinetmakers to industrial kitchen and furniture manufacturers: ADLER Clean-Smart can be used universally in all waterborne paint coating systems and is also compatible with products from other suppliers. In addition, the system scores points with its environmental friendliness, because despite its strong cleaning power, ADLER Clean-Smart has significantly lower VOC emissions than comparable products.
